50% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of all bookings.  We require credit card details to hold all bookings and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

Note:  Once the treatments have been chosen & confirmed for a group booking they are unable to be changed on the day.
